The method El método
The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) was developed by Dolores Cannon over more than 45 years of practice. It uses Theta brainwaves, which are a deep, natural state of relaxation — the same state you experience twice a day, just before waking up and just before sleep — to quiet the surface mind and open a conversation with the deepest part of you. In that state, we can explore memories, past-life experiences, and scenes your subconscious sees as relevant for you — and then we invite what Dolores called the Higher Self: the part of you that knows absolutely everything about your life path — information that is already within you. All the information you need during the session comes through you. The practitioner — me — simply holds the space, asks your questions, and helps guide your journey safely from beginning to end. Lying down comfortably, you're guided into deep relaxation.
